Manufacturing Functions
Our manufacturing functions allow us to be very versatile, able to adapt to our customers needs and specifications.
Varnishing
We have a specific varnish process area. Within this area varnish vacuum impregnation, varnish dipping and component varnish enveloping can take place. There are two vacuum impregnation machines and the area has fume extraction.
Encapsulation
Encapsulation and potting machines are used to pot the coils in suitable enclosures. This can be very important in order to attain the required voltage insulation.
PCB & Electro-Mechanical Assembly
We have experience in the design and manufacture of PCB’s and the complete equipment that require the PCBs. There are flow soldering and surface mount facilities, as well as the mechanical assembly and test of the finished equipment.
Other facilities
We have the ability to manufacture plastic components by the vacuum forming process.
