Whistleblowing Service
As a company within the KAMIC Group, we endeavour to have an open and transparent workplace, where misconduct and serious negligence should not occur. Our basic approach is that leadership and teamwork should be characterised by respect, clarity and a healthy balance between responsibility and authority.
Our employees are encouraged to turn to their immediate manager, the head of department or the HR function in case of any misconduct. Such reporting should, as far as possible, be handled confidentially and should never lead to any negative consequences for the informant.
However, there may be situations where an employee does not feel comfortable reporting openly and directly to someone. Therefore, KAMIC has introduced a web-based whistleblowing service that enables anonymous reporting with a high level of security and confidentiality.
